About this piece
Flutter shorts in sheer mesh or fishnet, depending on the colour you pick. The ruffled hem moves on its own, so they read as motion rather than fabric. Most people layer them over what they already have on.
The fabric stretches and sits light, in S/M, M/L and L/XL. Black and white mesh keep it simple, while baby pink and baby blue arrive in holographic fishnet and there is a neon yellow fishnet for a Neon and Glow night or a Barbie and Y2K one.
