Undyed hemp in its own colour, thirty feet at 6mm. This is the rope in the photographs everyone learns from, and there is a reason for that. Warm beige, visible against most skin, nothing added to it.
Thirty feet is the practical length for single column ties, chest harnesses and cuffs without a lot of spare rope to manage. Whipped ends, moderate friction, firm knots. Made for a Rope and Shibari night, or Doms and Subs.
