About this piece
Neon yellow glitter gel, available chunky or fine, with white and turquoise flecks under the yellow. It dries down to a holographic finish in about a minute. Bright in daylight and hard to miss after dark.
It goes on face, body and hair, with cosmetic grade glitter held in the gel. One stripe under an eye or along a jaw does plenty. Built for Neon and Glow, and it works against a Traffic Light night.
