A shimmering lace overlay in two-tone neon, cut as a triangle halter top and high-cut bottoms. Each colourway pairs two brights against each other: hot pink with lavender, turquoise with neon yellow, or yellow with neon green.
Stretch fabric and One Size, with the halter taking the weight up onto the neck. The lace gives it texture that plain swim fabric does not have. 80s Retro or Neon and Glow, and it belongs at a Foam Party.
