High-waisted shorts with a cutout panel at the navel and a V-cut waistline. The cutout shows a strip of skin the waistband would normally cover, so they read as high-waisted and bare at the same time. Black, neon green, red or white.
The V-cut keeps coverage where it counts and the high waist does the shaping; sizes Small, Medium and Large. Neon green is the pick for Neon and Glow, and red, green or black covers every signal at a Traffic Light party.
