About this piece
A fluffy petticoat that pushes a skirt out and gives it a shape. On its own it is a full underskirt. Under a dress it is the difference between a costume and a silhouette. Black, red or white.
One size. Wear it under a rockabilly dress for a pin-up night, under a tutu-style skirt for a rave, or as the skirt itself with a corset over the top. Red under black, white under everything.
