A pleated skirt cut from glossy vinyl that throws light back at the room. The pleats flare when you turn, so it moves as loudly as it shines. Four colourways, including hot pink and lime green.
Vinyl with a wet look finish and a flared pleat, sized small/medium through 2XL. Made for Neon and Glow, and it holds its own at a Metallic and Holographic night. Wear it with a crop top and boots and let the skirt do the work.
