A flared skirt in plush velvet scattered with sequins, in cosmic baby blue, cosmic lavender or royal blue. The velvet drinks light and the sequins throw it back. It reads as night sky.
Sizes S/M through 2XL. The velvet is soft and the flare swings, so it holds up over a full set. Made for Galactic and Cyber, and it earns a place at Jewel and Gold.
