A mini skirt in black holographic PVC that shifts colour under any light worth standing in. Lacing runs through it, breaking up the shine with a bit of structure. Short, glossy and hard to miss.
The lace-up detail lets you set how close it sits at the hip, and there is lace worked in with the vinyl. It comes in small through extra large. Pair it with a Neon and Glow night, or take the holo to Metallic and Holographic.
