A skater skirt in sheer neon mesh, cut A-line so it flares when you turn. It comes in neon hot pink or neon yellow, and both are as bright as the name suggests. Light, loud, and quick to throw on.
The elastic waistband adjusts, so it sits where you want it over shorts or a bodysuit. Pink is the Barbie and Y2K choice, and either colour earns its place on a Neon and Glow night. Sizes Small/Medium through 2XL.
