A black mini dress with a sheer mesh panel across the top, scattered with red glitter stars. The bottom half is plain black and holds close to the body. Sleeveless, so the mesh does all the work above the waist.
The cups are lined, so there is structure under the mesh, and the stretch fabric below keeps the line clean. This one comes in small. Wear it to a Diamonds and Bling night, or a Sheer and Barely There one where the mesh is the whole argument.
