A floor length tulle skirt you can see straight through, gathered onto a satin waistband that ties at the front. It is a layer, not a cover. Black, and it drifts when you walk.
The waistband is elastic with satin ties, so it sits where you want and comes off in one pull. Sizes S/M and M/L. Layer it over what you already own for a Sheer and Barely There look, or keep it strict for a Black and White night.
