About this piece
A one-shoulder crop top with a draped front and rhinestone accents, over a pleated green plaid skirt. The skirt carries a pouch, polyester tassels and a metal chain. The hat with the pom-pom is included and is not optional.
Polyester, pleated and cut short, with the drape doing the softening. Sizes small to XLarge. It suits a Cosplay and Fantasy night, and the tartan is enough to pass at a Country Club room.
