Black faux suede, cut as a halter bralette and a matching garter belt, and fringed along both. The bralette shapes up like a vest so it holds a line of its own. The fringe is what moves.
Tie-back closures on the top, a buckle and hook and loop waistband on the belt, attached leg garters running down, all in one size. Wear it to Western and Rodeo, or take it to Denim and Diamonds and let the fringe do the talking.
