About this piece
A cropped peasant top that sits off the shoulder on elastic, with a ruffle along the edge. It is the piece that turns a skirt and boots into a costume. Red, black or white.
There is stretch through the body and the neckline, so it stays where you set it. Sizes run S/M and M/L. Wear it with a full skirt for Oktoberfest, or add a sash and hoops for a pirate or fortune teller look at Halloween.
