About this piece
A green velvet dress with a jagged hem and a lace-up neckline, over matching shorts. The skirt buttons down the front and opens as you move. A feathered hat and a belt finish the four pieces.
The velvet is plush, the neckline laces to set how open it sits, and it runs extra small through extra large. It works for a Pirates and Shipwreck night, or a Cosplay and Fantasy one.
