About this piece
A black and white striped dress, coated, with fishnet mesh cut-outs and garters attached at the hem. The cap and the belt with handcuffs come with it. The handcuffs are plastic, which is either a relief or a disappointment.
Cut close, with mesh where the stripes break and clips holding the garters. Sizes small to XLarge. Built for a Cops and Robbers night, and the restraints let it read in a Doms and Subs room.
