About this piece
A teddy in dark green velvet, edged in lace trim with red detailing worked in. Velvet reads richer than satin and holds its colour under bad lighting. Heavier than the usual, in a good way.
The lace trim softens the edges where velvet would otherwise cut a hard line. Green and red together give it a seasonal lean without spelling it out. Best in a room lit by lamps rather than overheads.
