Fence net pantyhose in a wide diamond weave, open enough that the pattern reads from across a dark room. Seven colours, most of them loud. The net does all the talking.
Spandex through the net gives them stretch, and the soft elastic waistband keeps them up without digging in. One size. Neon pink, lime, magenta and blue for a Neon and Glow night, black or red if you are leaning 80s Retro.
