Black diamond net thigh highs with a lace top and an attached lace garter belt. The net pattern does the decorating and the belt does the work. It carries a plain outfit on its own.
One size, in black, with the lace top band sitting on the thigh. There is no separate belt to buy or fasten. It slots into a Pin-up and Boudoir look, or a Black and White dress code.
