A clear vinyl mini skirt that flares out, worn with clip-on suspenders. It is fully transparent, so whatever you have on underneath still gets seen. Layering, but louder.
Sizes small to large. The wide shimmery white waistband keeps it in place and the suspenders clip on and hold, so it sits happily over a bodysuit, a romper or a bikini set. The shine puts it at home on a Metallic and Holographic or White Party night.
