Black checked suit with a burgundy vest underneath. The check is subtle, the vest is not, and the two of them argue in a useful way. Peak lapels, single button.
Slim fit with stretch in the polyester blend, houndstooth on the vest and trousers under the checked blazer. Black with deep red is the whole brief for a Red Night, or a Black and White party where you break the rule on purpose.
