About this piece
A striped mini dress with a V neck, flared sleeves and an embroidered inmate number patch on the chest. The flat round hat comes with it. The joke lands before you say a word.
The hem flares slightly and the fabric stretches, so it moves when you do. Polyester with a little spandex, cut for Cops and Robbers or a straightforward Halloween. Handcuffs, fishnets and boots are not part of it.
