About this piece
Black with neon lime stripes that throw light back at whatever hits them. Halter top, low rise bottoms, gathered at the back. Under a camera flash it lights up.
Polyester and spandex stretch, unpadded, tied behind the neck and again at the back. The reflective stripes read silver against the lime. Neon and Glow is where it belongs, and it is a fair Barbie and Y2K pick.
