About this piece
Three black pieces that add up to a flapper with no fitting required. A triangle halter top, a sequin fringe skirt that moves before you do, and a tie side panty underneath. The sparkle does most of the talking.
The panty ties at the sides, so the fit is yours to set. Built for a Great Gatsby and Speakeasy night, or New Year's Eve, when fringe is the whole point. Headband, gloves and cigarette holder are not part of the set.
