A navy polka dot dress in a 1940s pin-up cut, with a matching belt. Red and white pick out the print. Retro without going to fancy dress lengths.
Two sizes, small/medium and medium/large. The belt marks the waist and the print does the era. Pin-up and Boudoir is the night for it, and it passes as a Halloween outfit with a red lip.
