Iridescent flakes that sit between blue and purple and refuse to settle on either. Teal turns up at the edges when the light moves. It is the shade to use when you want depth rather than sparkle.
Goes on wet, dries sheer, self-adhesive, so the flakes stay where you put them. Body, face or hair. Built for a Metallic and Holographic night, and it holds up under the lasers at a Mermaids and Deep Sea one.
