About this piece
A brocade corset with ruffled trim, a multi layered skirt, separate sleeves and a belt. A top hat and a pair of goggles come with it. This is a whole outfit rather than a piece you have to build around.
The brocade has weight to it and the layered skirt holds its shape without help. This one comes in small. It is made for a Steampunk night, and the top hat carries it into Masquerade and Masked Ball territory.
